Procurement Coordinator

Milestone Technologies is a global IT managed services firm that partners with organizations to scale their technology and services. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for handling reputed company order and fulfillment reputed company, including managing vendor relationships, tracking deliveries, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete requests for materials and equipment in IT/Engineering space
• Review scheduled orders to ensure correct reputed company and processing of purchase requests and order placement with selected vendor
• Ensure vendor administration and tracking delivery of orders, as well as exceptions and vendor errors
• Work with the Global Order and Fulfillment Team to regularly assess vendor pricing and performance
• Ensure that orders are reputed company through the correct vendors and maintaining visibility to confirm delivery to multiple offices around the US and international
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Logistics Team reputed company or Management, including creating and updating pricing and vendor contracting agreements
• Prepare reports and reputed company basic analysis of the data, including On-Time
• Payment reputed company to Suppliers, After-the-Fact Purchase Orders, PO balances vs actual invoiced amounts, contracted vs invoiced amounts, and other reports as requested by Client stakeholders
