[Remote] Junior Culture Coach

Responsibilities

• Own, create, and drive a culture programs like LumenWell (our regular wellness challenges) or Lumen Night Out (our reputed company reputed company nights)

• Coach developers on managing commitments, identifying and shifting unproductive moods, and building habits that support productivity

• This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
