[Remote] Service Desk Engineer

They are seeking a proactive and independent Service Desk Engineer to reputed company tier I and tier II technical support responsibilities, ensuring top-notch customer service and effective resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, research, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical hardware (printer, computer, peripherals) and common software issues
- Assist users that may be locked out of computing devices, reputed company services, or other applications
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Maintain the highest possible level of customer service
- Work with vendors to reputed company clients with updates on ISP outages or vendor support issues
- Assist with the reputed company of client environment documentation

- Proactive and independent technical expert who performs a variety of tier I and tier II technical support responsibilities, requiring a thorough working knowledge of information technology and remote desktop support

- Hands-on experience with Printer Administration (Configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting)
- Hands-on experience with Basic Email filtering such as reputed company
- Hands-on experience with reputed company to email configuration
- Hands-on experience with PC Hardware Troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Mac OS configuration
- Hands-on experience with VPN Client Configuration (reputed company, reputed company, Meraki, reputed company)
