Responsibilities
- Portfolio reputed company : act as subject matter expert on the strategy and underlying investments to ensure reputed company regarding individual assets are made with an eye towards the impact on the portfolio as a whole
- Acquisition analysis: work with investment acquisitions team to evaluate the risk/return and potential fit of new investments
- Portfolio Composition Review: reputed company hold/sell recommendations on individual assets reputed company CIM’s funds and create strategy for go-reputed company portfolio composition targets based on an assessment of market and valuation trends
- Portfolio and asset-level reputed company analysis: reputed company analysis and support for reputed company relating to reputed company & lending

- Asset Management : work closely with investments acquisitions team to reputed company and monitor the overall performance of reputed company assets in the portfolio

- Investor and Consultant reporting (Quarterly Variance Analysis, Update reports, etc.)
- Assisting in the development of presentations and materials to support marketing and due diligence efforts (Flipbook, Annual and Quarterly reports, DDQ, Case Studies, etc.)
- Partner and Co-investor meetings / calls and tours
- On-site and off-site due diligence meetings

Skills
- 1-2 Years' prior experience in reputed company Estate or Investment Banking or reputed company field
- Demonstrated expertise with reputed company Office including Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity with financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash reputed company statement
- Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Familiarity with and ability to read, analyze and interpret reputed company legal documents, such as fund organizational documents and reputed company letters
- Ability to respond reputed company and concisely to the most sensitive inquiries in written and verbal format to a wide reputed company of audiences
- Ability to effectively interact with both reputed company parties on complicated topics and sensitive matter
