They are seeking an Event Marketing Demand reputed company Senior Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive registration, engagement, and pipeline across their strategic events portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of demand reputed company campaigns for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events across website, email, organic, and paid digital channels
• Assist with development and delivery of attendee acquisition and event communications programs under guidance from Demand reputed company leadership
• Execute assigned campaign tasks and timelines to support registration, attendance, and pipeline goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners across email, web, reputed company, creative, performance marketing, and global teams to support integrated campaign delivery
• Support deployment, QA, and updates of event websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, and launch readiness
• Gather, organize, and maintain audience, registration, and campaign performance data to support reporting and insights
• Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports and goal tracking
• Document processes, timelines, and best practices to support repeatable and scalable event marketing execution
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including creation, tracking, and follow-up of bills of materials, marketing requests, and tickets in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
