Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Customer Service Collections – Self-Pay representative to assist clients' customers with their outstanding balance accounts while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing patient disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls as a representative of the hospital to arrange debt repayment based on the patient's financial situation and client repayment guidelines, using credit card, reputed company, or obtained insurance. Record reputed company updates and acquired information on accounts
• Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during each call
• Ensure reputed company required statements have been sent for accounts handled and request statements as necessary
• Properly manage patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting the dispute on the account, and escalating to a supervisor as necessary
• Assist in making outbound calls reputed company required
• reputed company other activities and responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year collections experience in reputed company working with patients
• Minimum one year experience with Software Epic
• Associate's degree
• Two years of reputed company experience
• Self-pay collections in reputed company
