This role supports attorneys in managing Workers’ Compensation defense claims and includes responsibilities such as drafting legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating case activities.
Responsibilities
- Drafting Compromise & Release (CNR) agreements, subpoenas, and legal filings
- Preparing medical summaries
- Conducting legal research
- Coordinating case activities with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel
Skills
- Experience with Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation procedures
- Proficiency in WCAIS
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation setting
