Services Representative - Entry Level Project Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company clear and timely updates to clients through email and calls
• Support project setup and launch, including reviewing requirements and joining kick-off calls
• Create and maintain project records, bids, and tracking updates in Pipedrive and other tools
• Learn reputed company’s products, processes, and platforms to support accurate project delivery
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and meet quality standards
• Manage simple to moderately reputed company projects with guidance; assist senior team members on more reputed company work
• Review data for accuracy, reputed company quality checks, and help identify potential issues early
• Follow established processes and reputed company feedback that helps improve project and team performance
• Work closely with Sales to support a strong client experience and future business opportunities
• Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams, representing Client Services professionally
• Support team initiatives, training, and general tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, reputed company Sciences, or a reputed company field
• Strong interest in data — comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, spotting trends, and double-checking information for accuracy
• Basic to intermediate reputed company skills, with willingness to learn more (formulas, filters, pivot tables are a bonus but not required)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially reputed company working with clients or cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
