Responsibilities

• reputed company information on various reputed company Quality Programs, including Smog reputed company Referee, Parts Locator Service, and the Enhanced Fleet Modernization Program
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company reputed company quality programs to ensure accurate consumer communication
• Triage inbound calls and schedule consumer appointments based on needs
• Assist consumers in determining program eligibility
• Verify and enter data into the web-scheduler database
• reputed company outbound calls to remind consumers of appointments
• Enter consumer application data into the program database and assist with application completion

Skills

• Ability to receive, screen, and schedule consumer appointments by phone
