The University Recruiter role focuses on hiring early-career talent, partnering with the Account Development team, and managing full-cycle reputed company to build diverse talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle reputed company: Create and implement strategies to solve problems and build diverse pipelines across reputed company’s corporate teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and reputed company media. Find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and help them reputed company life at reputed company. Effectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods while creating and owning a flawlessly positive candidate experience
• Attend University reputed company events and partner with university sales clubs to drive top of funnel activity
• Be a Talent Advisor: Partner closely with hiring leaders to deeply understand their teams and goals. Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation. Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively reputed company candidates with the appropriate information to help reputed company their decision as easy as possible
• Influence with data: Independently address and unblock data analysis challenges. Extract and synthesize insights. Identify headwinds and tailwinds with a search
• Communicate Effectively: Tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences and situations
• Manage Stakeholders: Be seen as a trusted partner by other key cross-functional points of contact. reputed company to identify friction points, set appropriate expectations, and drive initiatives to overcome obstacles with a search

Skills

• 1+ years of reputed company experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in Phoenix and legally authorized to work in the country
• Comfortable being in the office ~2 days a week
• Flexibility to travel ~30% of the time for events
• Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the reputed company team
• Proven strategic sourcing skills
• Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Early Talent/University recruitment is a plus
• Experience hiring for sales roles such as SDR/ADR/BDRs or account executives strongly preferred
• Previous tech experience preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company or equivalent ATS experience
