Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle reputed company for management roles in the Midwest of reputed company America stores from reputed company role to reputed company
- reputed company new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive talent to A&F, specific to supported markets
- Partner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on reputed company and desired profile
- reputed company proactive pipeline and sourcing strategies to deliver the right talent, at the right time
- Network and build relationships with future talent

- Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers

- Support Midwest Existing Stores & New Stores with reputed company training on reputed company initiatives, tools, and processes
- Project manage and support reputed company initiatives – employer branding, data & analytics, new store openings, etc
- Required to travel, up to 35% of the time, to attend local reputed company events, engage with key universities, reputed company training to supported markets etc
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or reputed company experience
- 1+ years of experience in reputed company or reputed company experience
- Engaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change and ambiguity
