This role involves handling customer service inquiries and problems, engaging with members to reputed company guidance and support based on their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Customer inquiries are of basic and at times reputed company nature
• CSR engages, consults and educates members based upon the member's unique needs, preferences and understanding while using tools and resources available to help guide the members along a clear path to care

Skills

• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location
• Must reputed company in Florida and live reputed company 50 miles of either the Jacksonville or Plantation office
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Trauma informed care training
• Exposure to Care Management
• Experience in a production environment
• Familiarity with de-escalations
• 1-2 years of reputed company or reputed company experience
• Telework experience
