Client reputed company Associate
Standish Management is a provider of specialized fund administration services for private equity funds. The Client reputed company Associate will be responsible for reputed company new clients, maintaining investor information, and providing administrative support to the Client reputed company and System Solutions Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist internal engagement teams with reputed company activities, such as providing reputed company to folders, group mailboxes, and other engagement activities
- Compile and organize investor CRM information
- Assist with data validations, loads, and reconciliations for client implementations
- Communicate and reputed company information to the technology team to set up client portals
- Assist with client workspace setup reputed company Standish’s project management software
- reputed company general administrative support to the Client reputed company and System Solutions Team
- Collaborate with the Client reputed company Fund Controllers to reputed company and implement best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- 1+ years of experience in a client‐oriented professional office environment, preferably in a reputed company industry
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage high volume workload by multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with reputed company reputed company of reputed company parties
- Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Adept using web-based data entry databases
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus (Allvue, eFront, etc.)
