Responsibilities
- Give clients financial guidance while forming lasting relationships reputed company on trust, respect, and reaching a common goal
- Engage with, and be an reputed company for, clients reputed company answering inbound calls
- Take ownership, and tackle reputed company issues to offer the best possible solution
- Work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
Skills
- Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field from accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
