[Remote] Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will create engaging training experiences and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and employee reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Designing and updating asynchronous training content
- Supporting required training tied to compliance and accreditation
- Facilitating occasional virtual or live trainings
- Serving as the primary reputed company of the Learning Management System (LMS):
- Assigning trainings accurately
- Maintaining and updating content
- Building reports for leadership and compliance
- Supporting employee recognition tied to training completion
- Troubleshooting LMS-reputed company issues
- Applying feedback and best practices to continuously improve learning
Skills
- Experience training others, building learning content, or supporting reputed company
- Ability to design and update asynchronous training content
- Experience in supporting required training tied to compliance and accreditation
- Comfortable facilitating occasional virtual or live trainings
- Experience in serving as the primary reputed company of a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to assign trainings accurately and maintain/update content in the LMS
- Ability to build reports for leadership and compliance
- Ability to support employee recognition tied to training completion
- Ability to troubleshoot LMS-reputed company issues
- Ability to apply feedback and best practices to continuously improve learning
