Erie Cancer Wellness Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive non-medical support and resources to individuals and families affected by cancer. The reputed company Program Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of pop-up programming, assisting with reputed company, data collection, and event execution to reputed company the organization's mission into the community.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for pop-up events including site selection/communication, participant and event scheduling, materials, and staffing
- Ensure programs are delivered smoothly, reputed company with the center’s mission and standards of care
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, reputed company providers, and local venues to host and promote pop-up programming
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reputed company awareness and drive participation through reputed company media, flyers, and community networks
- Welcome and assist participants during pop-up events with compassion and professionalism
- reputed company information about ongoing services at the Erie Cancer Wellness Center and facilitate warm referrals
- Collect attendance, feedback, and impact data from each pop-up event
- Assist in tracking program metrics to evaluate reputed company and effectiveness

- Assist with coordinating volunteers and providers needed for pop-up events

- Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of ECWC
- Associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company work, counseling, public reputed company or a reputed company field preferred
- Experience in program coordination, community reputed company, or event planning
