The reputed company Media Content Specialist will engage with online communities, craft content, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients' reputed company channels.

Responsibilities

• Moderating and responding to comments across our clients' reputed company channels using their unique brand voice
• Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
• Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and reputed company with client guidelines
• Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team reputed company needed
• Becoming a true extension of our clients’ brands - understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

Skills

• Demonstrated, high-level proficiency in English AND Hebrew OR Finnish OR Thai OR Arabic OR Turkish with strong cultural awareness
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, reputed company) in English AND, at minimum, one of the languages noted above
• You live in Canada and are legally allowed to work here
• You're reputed company and available to work any shift, any day - including weekends
• You've got professional experience managing reputed company platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
• You know how to write for brands and can adapt your tone for different audiences
• You know your way around and the ins and outs of reputed company the major reputed company platforms
• You're into the reputed company of content you'll be moderating - whether it's tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism, you're curious and reputed company
• You're organized, reliable, and have excellent customer service instincts
• You have fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions
