[Remote] CCI Representative, Guardian

This role involves communication with agents and clients, managing transaction details, and ensuring accurate invoice submissions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with agents and clients reputed company calls, texts, and email to secure required closing company information
- Manage ongoing follow-reputed company for active transactions using a structured reputed company and record accurate reputed company notes in internal system
- Confirm, adjust, and update invoice fees based on reputed company order details
- Ensure invoices are submitted to the correct closing companies before closing deadlines
- Download, organize, and review daily reports to monitor aging and prioritize work
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of transaction data and escalate delays or missing details reputed company necessary
