The Client Service Administrator position supports these clients by handling inquiries, processing requests, and driving client strategies while working collaboratively reputed company the team.
Responsibilities
- You will field client inquires and serve as the primary contact for assigned custody clients to process any requests and reputed company the highest level of customer service
- You will use reputed company for tracking and reporting purposes and use Custody processing systems to enter reputed company transactions, trades, and other money movements
- You will partner with internal teams to drive client strategies and ensure client requests are satisfied
Skills
- You have a minimum of one (1) year prior experience working in Financial Services (or equivalent experience) in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
