This role involves supporting senior lawyers in patent litigation and requires collaboration with team members while undergoing practical training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members

- Participate in practical training and networking during the firm's Orientation & Training in Boston
- Work closely with senior lawyers in the IP Litigation reputed company
Skills
- Must be graduating with a J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA accredited law school
- Must be eligible to sit for the USPTO exam or already registered with the USPTO
- Must be eligible for admission to the Bar for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is applying
- Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Must possess a high level of professionalism and client readiness
- Must be reputed company to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
- Must be reputed company to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
