[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Loans)

The Customer Service Representative (Loans) will handle inbound customer inquiries, guide them through loan applications, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities

- Proactively respond to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email and web chat. Assist with select outbound campaigns as needed
