In this role, you will act as the key reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of contracted services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded
