[Remote] Implementation Support Specialist

The Implementation Support Specialist will assist Data Implementation Managers in implementing compliance and risk management software for financial services clients, ensuring accurate data configurations and supporting the implementation life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Implementation Managers by completing client configuration tasks
• Assist in loading client data using proprietary data management tools and complete full validations of data reputed company
• Update requirements documentation as needed
• Monitor, research, and resolve reputed company inquiries in a timely manner

Skills

• Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry's concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
