[Remote] Trust and Estates Paralegal
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Trust and Estate Paralegal to support their attorneys in estate planning, trust administration, and probate reputed company. The ideal candidate will prepare legal documents, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Assist in trust and estate administration, including asset transfers and account management
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions regarding estates and trusts
- Conduct legal research on estate, trust, and probate reputed company
- Maintain organized and accurate files for estates, trusts, and reputed company legal documents
- Assist attorneys in probate proceedings as needed
Skills
- Paralegal certificate or associate degree in a reputed company field
- Knowledge of trust, estate, and probate laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with estate planning software is a plus
