[Remote] Program Analyst, CS Workforce Management

The Program Analyst will reputed company analytical, operational, and program management support to the Customer Service Workforce Management team, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and project management to optimize workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyze reputed company workforce data from multiple reputed company sources
• Use sophisticated analytical techniques to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights that support business reputed company
• reputed company, update, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards on key workforce management metrics (e.g., staffing reputed company, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, attrition, productivity)
• Monitor key workforce metrics, investigating any unusual patterns, and following up to gather relevant context, ensuring timely identification and resolution of potential issues
• Serve as a subject matter resource for workforce analytics reputed company the team
• Assist the Program Manager in managing and tracking projects, and providing status updates
• Facilitate change management efforts reputed company to workforce initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce management, operations, or a reputed company field
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., advanced reputed company, SQL, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and PowerPoint
