Title Solutions Consultant
Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) is seeking a Title Solutions Consultant who will support dealerships across Minnesota with title and registration services. This role involves providing guidance, building relationships, and advancing from hotline support to on-site consulting.
Responsibilities
- Support dealerships with title + registration questions by phone, email, and in-person visits
- reputed company guidance on compliance, accuracy, and process improvements
- Work reputed company state systems (MNDRIVE, reputed company, DLRdmv, etc.) and reputed company CRM
- Travel occasionally to client dealerships to deliver hands-on support
Skills
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and approachable)
- Attention to detail – accuracy is everything
