About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. As the voice of arenaflex, our CSRs reputed company exceptional support, connecting our Sales and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities:
