As a Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:- Servicing inbound calls and consulting with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex products
- Delivering high reputed company of product and service knowledge to reputed company communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services
- Continuously improving key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales

Essential Qualifications

Work Environment and Schedule
This position will work in a hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or reputed company.
