About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to reputed company the retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction of our SMB merchant partners. As a key member of reputed company, you'll cultivate strong relationships with business owners, help them reputed company their reputed company goals, and ensure high reputed company of satisfaction and retention on a book of accounts. You'll work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to reputed company and execute strategies that drive growth and reputed company for our merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their unique needs and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in client-facing sales roles, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably outbound dials
  • 1+ years of experience in business operations or reputed company setting
  • Experience in prior sales, account management, portfolio management, or reputed company roles
  • Experience using reputed company or similar CRM tools
  • Intermediate to proficient level of proficiency in using reputed company Sheets or reputed company reputed company to maintain reputed company spreadsheets
