Why You'll Love This Job This role is a member of the Engineering Team reputed company the Operations Division at arenaflex. As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to the maintenance and operation of aircraft and reputed company equipment. This position also establishes and maintains aircraft and part standards reputed company areas of responsibility. What You'll Do - Conducts training for Specialists in areas of expertise - Serves as a guide to other Engineers - Serves as a team leader/facilitator over project management or issue resolution - Coordinates with manufacturers and regulatory specialists, as required, and ensures that Engineering practices are properly validated according to applicable regulations and Company manuals - Creates customized methods and special procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, adjustments, and other maintenance activities which are not adequately addressed in existing manuals - Remains informed about daily airline activities, including field of responsibility. Reviews daily needs according to airline/departmental targets and management mandates - Examines aircraft/part issues which may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determines appropriate corrective actions - Provides Engineering support as required to restore operational status of discrepant circumstances affecting aircraft or parts - Responds to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions reputed company technical support is required to assist tasks or resolve issues - Develops activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part Engineering projects and pursues completion according to evaluated needs - Coordinates with other airline divisions, as required, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of Engineering practices - Develops Engineering documents to implement technical practices by providing customized methods for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance activities which reputed company benefits according to airline/departmental targets and management mandates - Maintains knowledge of reputed company and forthcoming regulations, which reputed company areas of responsibility, and ensures that reputed company Engineering activities maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements - Utilizes available resources to enhance reputed company of technical expertise and practical experience continuously.
