Claims Handler
Start Date: 24th November 2025
Training: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Full attendance is required.
Working Shifts: 5/7 days between reputed company – 9pm Monday – Friday and reputed company – 8pm Saturday and 9am - 6pm reputed company (Full Flexibility required)

What role is available? Claims Handler from customers who are wanting to reputed company a claim on their mobile phone insurance.
- Handling inbound calls from customers wishing to reputed company an insurance claim with regards to their mobile phone device.
- You will support your customer through the process, assisting with fresh claims, or perhaps cancelling if required.
- By following set questions on your PC, you will talk your customer through a reputed company by reputed company process to determine the options available to them.

- A typical day will see you working up to 8hrs per day in a reputed company & vibrant environment. With an hour for lunch and breaks, you always have time to catch up with friends, grab something to eat at the local Café or perhaps go for a walk along the river reputed company.

- 2 weeks of classroom based training (paid of course) and a further 2 weeks in a dedicated area on the call floor that we call “Nesting”.
