Job Summary

As an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our members. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing member needs, and connecting them with relevant resources and services. You'll work closely with reputed company members to ensure that our members receive the support they need to reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Member Support: You'll be responsible for supporting our members through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. You'll assess their needs, reputed company guidance and resources, and connect them with relevant services.

• Team Member Support: You'll work closely with reputed company members to reputed company support and guidance on various aspects of member support, including scheduling appointments, providing information, and resolving issues.

Essential Qualifications
