As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based customer service, resolving complaints, and generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Schedule Details:

As a remote Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be required to work hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (float shift). You'll also need to work on one weekend day, with hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (float shift). Black Friday is a mandatory reputed company, and your hours will vary between 8 and 40 per week, depending on call volume. On average, you can expect to work 16-20 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

* Associates degree or higher

Requirements for Remote Work:

Training:
