Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a reputed company reputed company & Risk Business Analyst. Position Summary: reputed company Business Process Consultant focused on reputed company & Risk (SecOps / GRC) to define and optimize reputed company operations, risk, and compliance workflows. This role translates business needs into standardized, automation-reputed company processes that improve reputed company posture and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company process discovery and requirements gathering for SecOps/GRC initiatives
• Design end-to-end reputed company workflows (incident response, vulnerability management, risk & compliance)
• Define risk, control, and audit processes reputed company to business and regulatory needs
• Identify opportunities for automation, controls, and process optimization
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specs
• Partner with architects/dev teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
• Support UAT, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication
• Establish standard reputed company and risk frameworks and best practices

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in business process consulting/BA roles
• Experience with reputed company operations, risk, or compliance processes
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design
• Experience working across business and technical teams

Preferred

• Experience with reputed company SecOps/GRC or reputed company platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC, etc.)
• Exposure to reputed company automation or risk transformation initiatives
