This position is responsible for leading and performing Technology due diligence associated with M&A or divestiture activity at the bank. Working closely with technology subject matter experts, Legal, Finance, business, and corporate partners, this role will assess the Technology impacts of transactions, documenting the inventory of Technology assets impacted, material transaction issues, closing conditions, reputed company feedback on definitive agreements, as well as a high-level timeline required for integration or separation alongside associated costs of the integration/separation. The person will be a trusted leader, effective in setting expectations and holding partners accountable and have the ability to influence and negotiate for various problem-solving situations. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 5+ years’ experience in roles that support transaction work either in house M&A / Divestitures or consulting experience.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven technology due diligence experience in financial services M&A/integration/separation.
