About this role: reputed company Auto is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Management Manager who will be responsible for leading a high performing team of Retail Auto Relationship Managers. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading, training, developing, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers
  • Ability to participate in the development and implementation of sales and service goals to ensure that organizational and customer goals are met
  • Dealer services or auto finance risk experience
  • Proficient experience with reputed company
  • Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Intermediate reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook) skills
  • Ability to interact with reputed company reputed company of an organization
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Auto finance experience
  • Previous experience with auto operations, sales, and/or credit
  • Client account relationship development and management experience
  • Knowledge and Experience of auto applications and software
  • Experience working in a virtual dialog environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with the potential of a couple overnight stays each month.
  • Ability to travel minimum of 3 days per week reputed company assigned territory.
  • Ability to reputed company and work from a home office.

  • Ability to be available to answer questions for dealer partners in the evenings and weekends if needed. Work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled.
