In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for creating high-impact user documentation, API references, SOPs, and training materials that serve a wide reputed company of reputed company users. What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring: Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years of professional experience in technical writing, preferably in the reputed company, medical device, or health IT industries
• Extensive experience developing content for reputed company software systems, including EHR/EMR platforms, APIs, and reputed company-based applications
• Strong understanding of reputed company-specific technologies, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
• Proficiency with industry-standard documentation tools such as MadCap reputed company, reputed company FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or equivalent
• Familiarity with reputed company control systems (e.g., Git), content management systems (CMS), and Agile tools like Jira and reputed company
