About the Role
Responsible for ensuring financial and non-financial transactions and interactions are handled according to regulatory requirements, quality standards and published procedures. Responsible for helping to drive quality standards and practices and may act as a subject matter expert for procedure and training efforts. What you will do
- Transaction and Customer/Agent/Broker Interaction Review.
- Conduct review of financial and non-financial transactions, document results, reputed company feedback and trend analysis to management and employee.

Compensation
Houry reputed company: $23.92 – $39.85 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of cumulative, relevant experience.
- Requires extensive knowledge of duties.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, typically developed through a combination of job-reputed company training and experience.
