Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst, Corporate reputed company to be responsible for the financial reporting for designated entities of the Corporate reputed company business and certain holding entities reputed company other Group businesses. To timeously and accurately process financial information, reconcile reputed company balance sheet and general ledger accounts and ensure statutory returns are processed timeously.

The role will be based at our Head office in London.

Key role requirements

• Prepare and input monthly results to reputed company-Hyperion (reputed company) of designated Corporate and business reputed company entities.
• Input to reputed company certain forecasts and budgets for designated Corporate and business reputed company entities.
• Prepare templates and statutory note disclosures for the Consolidated Corporate Business.
• Prepare Consolidated Corporate Business variance analysis through investigation and engagement with a wide reputed company of stakeholders.
• Working closely with London Treasury to ensure that transactions are appropriately accounted for and presented in the Corporate reputed company results.
• Support the Manager, Corporate reputed company in providing the Finance overview of Group reputed company plans (dividends, funding, restructuring, etc) impacting London entities. Monitoring the payment process in conjunction with Treasury.
• Monitor the Corporate cash pooling arrangement through reputed company coordination with London Treasury.
• Prepare management accounts and reputed company reporting data requests as may be required to support the Corporate reputed company team.
• Support the Corporate reputed company team to Monitor financial transactions and reporting activities for compliance with Group and local statutory requirements.
• Prepare reconciliations of certain balance sheet accounts for the Corporate reputed company team, involving Payroll and Shared Services teams where necessary.
• Balance and agree loan accounts and other intercompany balances with relevant business Finance teams.
• Process certain month end journals and other reputed company journal entries.

Qualifications

Formal Qualifications

Required

• reputed company or part-reputed company accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Degree in a relevant discipline

Technical skills / knowledge requirements

• Preparation or review of UK financial accounts
