As we grow, we're seeking skilled, compassionate licensed mental health professionals to join our remote care team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively reputed company evidence-based treatment plans reputed company individual psychotherapy sessions reputed company secure telehealth platforms Support Members with a wide reputed company of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times.

• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
• Adhere to HIPAA and reputed company applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements:

• Active and reputed company license from one of the following Idaho licenses: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW as well as your state of residence if it is not Idaho. reputed company credentials must be verified through the State Board's website as part of the application process
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Comfort with EMRs, reputed company Suite or reputed company Office, and telehealth tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and reputed company
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

• The salary reputed company for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.
