Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a heavy caseload of employee escalations, including workplace conflicts, concerns about unfair or negative work environments, and consultations on corrective action
• Working autonomously and collaboratively with other members of the Ethics & Investigations team, HR Connect team, HR Business Partners, and managers and employees to resolve reputed company employee relations issues

• Building capability for managers through individual cases and project work, providing guidance and support to help them navigate reputed company employee relations issues
