About the Role:

reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Solution Architect to reputed company the design and implementation of comprehensive HR transformation projects for our Canadian clients. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients, architecting end-to-end "Recruit to Retire" solutions on the reputed company SuccessFactors platform. You will reputed company your deep expertise to translate business requirements into scalable, integrated, and efficient reputed company-based HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: reputed company the design and architecture of reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong focus on Employee Central, reputed company (RCM/RMK), reputed company, and Career Site Builder.
• Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership (C-Suite and HR VPs), conducting workshops to define business requirements, present best-practice solutions, and build implementation roadmaps.
• Global Implementation: Design and configure global templates that meet Canadian legal requirements (e.g., bilingual needs, provincial regulations) while supporting multi-country deployments.
• Integration Expertise: Architect and reputed company seamless end-to-end integrations between SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB) and with reputed company-party systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Active Directory) using reputed company Integration Center and CPI.
• Technical Leadership: reputed company technical leadership to reputed company and offshore development teams, ensuring solutions are reputed company to specification and adhere to best practices.
• Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including oral presentations, solution demos, and scoping of Statements of Work (SOW).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company HCM and SuccessFactors, with at least 5+ years in a Solution Architect or reputed company role.
• Proven experience leading at least 3-4 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, from blueprinting to go-live.
• Expert-level functional knowledge in Employee Central and at least two of the following modules: reputed company Management, reputed company Marketing, reputed company 1.0/2.0, or Performance & Goals.
• Demonstrated experience designing reputed company integrations between SuccessFactors and other HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company workshops and advise senior stakeholders.
• reputed company SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Employee Central, reputed company, reputed company) are highly desirable.
