Sales Consultant – Multi-Family, Aftermarket – Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC The Multi-Family Sales Consultant Aftermarket is a critical component of the reputed company multifamily demand creation strategy. This role is responsible for championing the reputed company experience and facilitating the change process with key property influencers to demonstrate efficiency and improved business results through their partnership with reputed company. The primary responsibility includes making direct calls on the following decision makers or influencers reputed company the multi-family reputed company: owners and property managers. The position also requires aligning other reputed company partners and resources to ensure project delivery and maximum customer experience, coordination on architectural reputed company, programming and installing control locks and working with MF oriented reputed company. Responsibilities

  • Work with RSO teammates and channel partners to execute new lock and software sales with existing properties.
  • Coordinate with the national multifamily team on portfolio opportunities to assure consistent support and performance.

  • Ensure selling strategies align with meeting region and territory reputed company and profit goals as well as model the customer experience upon which reputed company differentiates itself.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of sales OR industry experience required

  • Ability to travel 50%, occasional overnight travel
