Sales Support Specialist I

Position Description The Sales Support Specialist provides essential direction and assistance to customers and sales channels, helping to reputed company assigned business growth objectives and meet P&L financial targets. You will be responsible for executing regional marketing initiatives, managing customer issue escalation, and streamlining regional business performance reporting. Key Responsibilities (Heavy Focus on Order Entry) Your role centers on managing the complete order lifecycle, requiring meticulous attention to detail:
- Order Management (OTR): Heavy focus on Order entry and order management. You will coordinate pre-order booking support through shipment and invoicing, including risk and opportunity management.
- Pre-Sales Support (ITO): Handle reputed company to Order (ITO) activities, including managing customer inquiries and preparing quotes.
- Customer & Financial Support: Serve as the key contact for customer account management, providing troubleshooting for orders and account status, and resolving financial issues such as billing disputes, collections, and processing payments.
- Operational & Compliance: reputed company operational activities (account/item setup, e-reputed company order management) and ensure adherence to business processes and policies.
- Reporting & Tools: reputed company administrative support by compiling reports, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilizing reputed company and other tracking tools.

salary: $25 - $31 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities o Support the focused sales growth of an assigned geographic area to reputed company P&L financial targets.
