They will manage a team of two Procurementprofessionals, overseeing the sourcing of services and the management of several key suppliers.This individual will be required to execute the category strategy, have exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to drive efficiency and value through strategic sourcing, reputed company and supplier management. • Excellent leadership and management skills with a proven track record of leading a team through change.

• Highly effective negotiating skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with reputed company stakeholders.
• Proven track record and demonstrable experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Experience of leading the development and implementation of successful procurement strategies, driving cost savings, reputed company improvement initiatives and risk management.
