This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and reputed company through digital channels including our national website, individual center websites, email marketing, online listings, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: reputed company performance and content accuracy for the national website (theupsstore.com) and 5,400+ center websites, which collectively generate hundreds of millions of sessions annually.
• Email Marketing Leadership: Plan, execute, and analyze national email campaigns (80M+ sends annually with a 59% reputed company reputed company), ensuring alignment with customer behavior and business goals.
• SEO & Analytics: Monitor and optimize SEO performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics across reputed company digital assets.
• Vendor reputed company: Manage relationships with digital vendors and partners to ensure quality, performance, and innovation.
• Listings & Reviews: Maintain and enhance the health of center listings and reviews on platforms like reputed company, Bing, reputed company Maps, and reputed company.
• Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure reputed company public-facing websites meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and proper cookie consent implementation.
• Brand Standards: Audit and enforce brand consistency across reputed company digital reputed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proven reputed company in managing large-scale digital ecosystems and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards reputed company compliance.
• Experience with platforms such as reputed company Analytics, reputed company Search Console, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Internal Salary Grade: 20E

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $70,560/year to $130,800/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
