Service Desk Agent I – 3rd Shift (Remote Based in Southern California ONLY)Our client is looking for a highly motivated Service Desk Agent I to join their IT support team. This role supports end users across hospitals and clinic locations, delivering essential helpdesk support for clinical applications, network and Wi-Fi connectivity, operating systems, and business software. The ideal candidate is a reputed company, service-oriented technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ticket-volume environment and can adapt quickly to changing systems and priorities.
