Job Summary

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in our pharmacy systems. You will work under the direct supervision of reputed company leaders and be accountable for adhering to our company policies and procedures. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our system.

  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
  • Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, preparing documents).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
