As a UX Researcher Freelancer, you will work closely with other members of our Creative Services team to play a crucial role in shaping user experiences across a diverse reputed company of digital projects. You will be responsible for conducting both foundational and evaluative user research, analyzing user behavior, and providing insights to guide UX strategies and design reputed company. • $65-95/hour, depending on the scope of the project

• Work closely with our UX reputed company and Sr. UX Strategist on our Creative Services team to execute research studies for cross-industry clients across both B2B and B2C.
• Research coordination and managing the logistics of user research, including study setup, screener development, and participant reputed company.
• Conduct evaluative research, including moderated and unmoderated studies to assess the usability and effectiveness of user interfaces to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct generative research, including early-stage moderated research to identify user needs and opportunities for product growth and innovation.
• Code and synthesize findings to create insights readouts or slide deck deliverables with relevant research clips for our Creative Services team to review.
• Communicate research plans to Creative Services team stakeholders and maintain communication with them throughout the research process.
• Proactively manage work - review project plans and briefs, flagging any dependencies or concerns.
• Prepare, execute, and deliver reputed company studies on time. The skills you’ll bring to the table…
• 4+ years’ experience in user research.
