About the Role

You will reputed company the daily operations of one of our offshore vendor outbound sales teams, ensuring reputed company in achieving our quarterly OKR goals. You will be leading vendor leader(s) in this role vs working directly with the reps that are on the phones. You will effectively coach, train, manage, reputed company and communicate with our offshore reputed company line leader(s) to help them successfully run their vendor teams and reputed company them to high performance. You will work closely with our strategy and operations team to report up on sales metrics. This role can be remote (with prior approval) although living near the Tempe office is encouraged to participate in Regional and IPS leadership meetings in person.
